Moon Path Printed Subscription Terms & Cancellation Policy

These terms apply to the Moon Path Printed Grimoire Subscription provided by Raw Eden Beauty Apothecary. They should be read alongside our general Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy.
1. The subscription
The Moon Path Printed Grimoire is an ongoing monthly subscription containing a carefully curated collection of printed Grimoire materials.
Each monthly collection will usually include:
- Three printed Grimoire pages on vintage-style paper
- A botanical postcard
- A Kitchen Apothecary recipe card
- Occasional free gifts and subscriber discounts
- Access to the Moon Path Digital Library while the subscription remains active
The exact subjects, designs and additional items may vary each month.
The handmade Moon Path Grimoire binder is not included as standard with the monthly subscription. It is available to purchase separately for £55, including UK and Northern Ireland postage.
2. Price and recurring payments
The subscription costs £14.50 per month, including postage to a UK or Northern Ireland delivery address.
The first payment is taken when the subscription is purchased. Further payments are taken automatically each month using the payment method provided at checkout.
The subscription continues until it is cancelled by the subscriber or ended by Raw Eden Beauty Apothecary. There is no minimum subscription term.
However, eligibility for the complimentary “Founding Five” handmade Moon Path Grimoire binder is conditional upon three successful monthly subscription payments. Founding Five subscribers remain free to cancel at any time, but if their subscription ends before the third successful payment, they will no longer qualify for the complimentary binder.
If the price changes, subscribers will be given reasonable advance notice and may cancel before the new price takes effect.
3. Monthly cut-off and dispatch
Subscriptions purchased on or before the 8th of the month will normally begin with that month’s collection.
Subscriptions purchased after the 8th will begin with the following month’s collection.
Printed collections are normally dispatched on or around the 13th of each month. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal delays, bank holidays or circumstances outside our control.
4. Delivery addresses
Printed subscriptions are currently available to UK and Northern Ireland delivery addresses only.
Subscribers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and keeping it updated through their Membership Account.
Any address change must be made before the monthly collection is prepared for dispatch. Raw Eden Beauty Apothecary cannot be responsible for an order sent to an incorrect or outdated address supplied by the subscriber, although we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the matter.
5. Digital Library access
Digital Library access is included while the printed subscription remains active.
If a subscriber cancels, access will continue until the end of their current paid subscription period and will then end automatically.
Digital materials are provided for the subscriber’s personal use only. They must not be copied, shared, resold, uploaded, distributed or used commercially without written permission.
If a former subscriber rejoins, Digital Library access will resume when the new qualifying subscription becomes active.
6. Cancelling an ongoing subscription
Subscribers may cancel at any time through the Membership Account page on the website.
Cancellation stops the next recurring payment. The subscriber will continue to receive any collection already covered by a completed payment, and Digital Library access will remain available until the end of that paid period.
Ordinary cancellation does not normally generate a full or partial refund for a paid subscription period that has already begun. This does not affect statutory cooling-off, refund or consumer rights.
A subscriber’s basic website account may remain available after the paid subscription ends.
7. Initial 14-day cooling-off period
Customers purchasing online have a statutory right to cancel their initial subscription without giving a reason.
For a subscription involving the regular delivery of goods, the initial cancellation period normally ends 14 days after the day on which the customer receives their first printed collection.
To exercise this right, the customer must clearly notify Raw Eden Beauty Apothecary by email or by using the cancellation form at the bottom of this page.
If the first collection has not yet been dispatched, the order will be cancelled and any payment due for refund will be returned.
If the first collection has already been received, the customer must return it within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation. Unless the collection is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning it.
The customer should take reasonable care of the collection while it is in their possession. A deduction may be made where permitted by law if returned goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary or have been damaged.
Any refund due will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned collection or receiving satisfactory evidence that it has been sent back.
Digital Library access will end when a cooling-off cancellation is processed.
Nothing in these terms limits or removes the customer’s statutory rights.
8. The Founding Five
The first five qualifying printed subscribers will become the Moon Path Founding Five.
Each Founding Five subscriber will receive one complimentary handmade Moon Path Grimoire binder after three successful monthly subscription payments have been received.
The binder will normally be sent with the subscriber’s third monthly collection. Because every binder is handmade, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer. The subscriber will be contacted if this happens.
A Founding Five subscriber may cancel at any time. However, if their subscription ends before three successful monthly payments have been received, they will no longer qualify for the complimentary binder.
The gift is limited to one binder per qualifying subscriber, has no cash alternative and cannot be transferred to another person.
9. Failed payments
If a recurring payment fails, Raw Eden Beauty Apothecary or its payment provider may attempt to process it again.
Digital Library access and future printed collections may be paused or ended if payment remains outstanding.
Subscribers are responsible for keeping their payment information up to date through their Membership Account.
10. Missing, damaged or incorrect collections
Subscribers should contact Raw Eden Beauty Apothecary as soon as reasonably possible if a collection:
- Arrives damaged
- Contains incorrect items
- Does not arrive within the expected delivery period
Where appropriate, a replacement will be sent or another suitable remedy offered. This does not affect the subscriber’s statutory rights.
11. Changes to or closure of the subscription
Raw Eden Beauty Apothecary may make reasonable changes to the precise contents or presentation of the monthly collection.
Subscribers will be notified in advance of any significant change to the price, frequency or main nature of the subscription.
If the printed subscription has to be ended permanently, subscribers will be notified and no further recurring payments will be taken. Any paid collection that cannot be supplied will be refunded.
12. Educational and personal-use information
The Grimoire’s herbal, botanical, spiritual and wellbeing content is supplied for general educational, creative and personal-interest purposes.
It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition.
Subscribers are responsible for checking ingredient suitability, allergies, contraindications and safe usage before following any recipe, preparation or practice.
13. Copyright
All Moon Path Grimoire writing, artwork, page designs and digital materials remain the intellectual property of Raw Eden Beauty Apothecary and any credited creators.
Purchasing a subscription grants permission for personal use only. It does not transfer copyright or grant permission for commercial reproduction.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Customers retain any mandatory consumer protections that apply where they live.
