Delivery

Ownership of Goods

The goods remain the property of Raw Eden Beauty Apothecary until paid for in full.

The total cost of your order will be displayed before you pay. The postage and packaging costs are calculated automatically and will be shown on your order.

We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days of receipt of your order. This may vary according to events out of our control.

UK Delivery Only
– Orders over £20.00 qualify for FREE delivery using the method detailed below.

– Standard delivery service uses Royal Mail 48, ensuring a high level of service for our customers with a delivery aim of 2 working days from dispatch. We aim for orders to be delivered in 3 – 5 working days from when your order is placed, using this option. We endeavour to ship orders as quickly as possible. We do not guarantee your order will be shipped in this timeframe. 

At present, we do not currently deliver to Europe, Asia, China, or the USA & Canada.

Product Availability
Please note, as products are handmade, we do not carry large quantities of stock, but we will always ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible. If there is a
problem with fulfilling your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Should you require urgent delivery for a certain date, please contact us as we will always try to help.

Please note that delivery times will take longer over holiday periods such as Christmas and Bank Holidays.

We use recycled or recyclable packaging and therefore we ask you to please dispose of any packaging appropriately.

Delivered Items
Any items which Royal Mail cannot deliver are sent back to us by Royal Mail.Reasons for non- delivery may be incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout or the item was not collected by the purchaser. Royal Mail charge us for the return and we reserve the right to pass this charge onto you.

Refund Policy

In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, we have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number. 

To start a return, you can contact us at lucy@rawedenbeauty.co.uk. If your return is accepted, please package your return carefully, ensuring it is as protected as possible and send your package to us at the address below. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellation of an Order
 If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible as we can only cancel an order providing it has not been yet been dispatched by us.

Damages and issues
We always aim to deliver high quality goods to you. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately via
e-mail lucy@rawedenbeauty.co.uk should you receive a damaged parcel, defective goods or an incorrect order, or the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Returns; Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for opened or used products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, it can be returned to us at the address below, provided it is unopened and unused. The fastest way to ensure you then get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too so please bear with us.
