Explore the origins of fairies, invisible beings and the Fae in folklore, literature and magic. In this exciting new lecture, we will unpack the real legends behind some of our most treasured fairy tales, and explore the secretive world of the Fae – a topic that is often romanticised and even occasionally ridiculed, yet forms the basis of some of the most effective natural magic we have to hand.

Vikki Bramshaw is an author, researcher and editor in the studies of folk magic and folklore. Author of ‘Craft of the Wise’ (2009) ‘Dionysos: Exciter to Frenzy’ (2013) and ‘New Forest Folklore, Traditions & Charms’ (2022). Vikki assists with exhibitions and acts as consulting editor for esoteric publishers.
