Refund Policy

At Raw Eden Beauty Apothecary, each product is carefully prepared in small batches with attention to quality, safety, and integrity. Due to the nature of our products, the following Refunds & Returns Policy applies.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Right to cancel (Distance Selling Regulations)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel certain orders within 14 days of receiving your goods.

However, this right does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed
  • Perishable goods or items with a limited shelf life
  • Products that are made to order or personalised

As our products include herbal preparations, ingestible teas, and skincare, they fall under hygiene and safety exemptions.

Therefore, once opened or used, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Allergies, sensitivities & suitability

All ingredients are listed where applicable. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure suitability before purchase.

We are not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions
  • Sensitivities or adverse effects

We recommend conducting a patch test before use of any skincare product.

Returns

We do not accept returns on any of the following:

  • Herbal products and teas
  • Ingestible blends
  • Skincare and topical products

This is due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity requirements. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to goods that are:

  • As described
  • Of satisfactory quality
  • Fit for purpose

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Faulty
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence

Where a claim is validated, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund where appropriate

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect purchases
  • Opened or used products

This is in accordance with UK regulations relating to hygiene-sensitive goods.
