Refund Policy
In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, we have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number.
To start a return, you can contact us at lucy@rawedenbeauty.co.uk. If your return is accepted, please package your return carefully, ensuring it is as protected as possible and send your package to us at the address below. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellation of an Order
If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible as we can only cancel an order providing it has not been yet been dispatched by us.

Damages and issues
We always aim to deliver high quality goods to you. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately via e-mail lucy@rawedenbeauty.co.uk should you receive a damaged parcel, defective goods or an incorrect order, or the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Returns; Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for opened or used products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, it can be returned to us at the address below, provided it is unopened and unused. The fastest way to ensure you then get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
