Horsetail Herb

Horsetail Herb (dried) – 30gm

It is very commonly used as a home remedy to treat fluid retention, for weight loss, and to strengthen the bones. Due to its anti-inflammatory and diuretic effects, horsetail can also be used to help with treatment of kidney stones and urinary tract infections.

However, there is no good scientific evidence to support many of these uses. In fact, long-term use of horsetail may cause vitamin B1 deficiency*
